MG Casa for DL Concept
The design of this elegant contemporary apartment is the result of a successful collaboration with interior designer Irina Simonyan Sokolova.
After Irina’s study of the living space design, a close remote collaboration laid the foundation for our careful selection of the best furniture companies suitable for the project.
The cooperation with the designer was very intense and the result is a true masterpiece.
Almost all the furniture is of Italian production: in every room of the house there is timeless elegance and style icons such as Poltrona Frau with the John-John sofa and the Archibald chair, furniture by Cattelan Italia and Pianca, wardrobes by Dall’Agnese, fabrics by Dedar. The brilliant suspension lights are by Dutch company Brand van Egmond.
Each room welcomes refined design proposals, from the Elmar kitchen in a decorative soft-touch champagne finish and eucalyptus wood with professional Gaggenau appliances, to the study and bar corner where we find the comfort of the Archibald King in ink leather, and the bar area showcases contemporary Art Deco-inspired high stools and tables by Bontempi.
The furniture choices for the living and sleeping areas reflect a pursuit not only of aesthetics but also of functionality and comfort, such as the Windsor tufted sofa by Arketipo upholstered in precious stain-resistant Dedar velvet; in the master bedroom, a soft “cocoon” effect was created with the enveloping headboard of the Minotti bed with bench, the rounded shapes of the Dedalo nightstands, the soft forms of the D.151.4 armchairs designed by Gio Ponti in 1951, and the Bordeaux leather vanity: together, they make the entire space welcoming and refined.
