Contemporary Style Villa

Contemporary Style Villa

For the renovation of this villa, we supplied all the furnishings interpreted in a modern key. Following the client’s wishes, the entire stylistic choice leaned towards a contemporary, elegant taste with a palette of neutral colors.
The interiors are characterized by clean lines, as demonstrated by the iconic @Home kitchen by Elmar in metallic lacquer with a Stone Brown Florim gres top, Falmec hood, a small appliance compartment with convenient sliding doors, and the Mellow table by Bonaldo.
The elegance of contemporary design is also showcased in the dining room, where the light Cattelan Italia display cabinets meet the simple yet refined curves of the Blevio table with a Breccia Capraia marble top, designed in 1930 by Ignazio Gardella for Molteni & C. The soft Devon chairs in black oak and stain-resistant fabric complement the table’s lines perfectly, and the setting is completed by the dynamic and delicate Slamp transparent polycarbonate pendant lights.
The living area is defined by the choice of the soft yet structured Klem sofas by Porada, featuring smooth and sinuous shapes, an exposed canaletto walnut frame, and comfortable bouclé fabric upholstery.
For the TV unit, the Living Box by Molteni & C was chosen, with a marble top matching the table, a Sunrise oak structure, and bronze metal details.
The color palette of these elements is echoed throughout every room of the house, and returns in the bathroom furnishings by Idea Group, with suspended sinks and cabinetry in Piasentina stone and oak, enhanced by large backlit mirrors.
The master bedroom, flooded with natural light thanks to the bay window glazing, was designed with the bed area oriented towards the outside: the furnishings are enhanced by the light, with canaletto walnut structures and leather upholstery that are highlighted throughout the entire space. The large Caadre mirror by Philippe Starck for Fiam expands the room visually and interacts with the Porada vanity, which stands out in the room due to its distinctive shape.
